**Position Title**: Assistant Manager
**Salary Range**: $25.00-$26.00 per hour (depending on experience)
**Minimum Guaranteed Hours of Work**: 30 hours per week
**Location**: Auckland

We are currently seeking a dedicated **Assistant Manager** to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation and continued success of our establishment.
- At least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of bar operations, stock management, and compliance with liquor licensing regulations.
- Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high service standards.
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Assist with event planning, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee cash handling, banking, and financial reporting as required.
