We lead this governance function and are supported by a strong and engaging product management community. You will build people leadership skills to a high level and have the day-to-day challenge of multitasking and leading a diverse team. This is an Auckland based hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly. Team anchor day is Tuesday. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with the People Leader (who you would report to) and they told us the following about the role: What are 5 day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete? - Provide disclosure and other document opinions when products are reviewed. - Lead the document change governance processes whenever key documents or products change. - Support product teams through custodial documents (Terms and Conditions and Fees Guides). - Resolve escalated governance queries. - Lead team of four.
