We’re looking for an Architecture Practice and Governance Manager to help us in advancing our architectural practice and ensuring robust technology governance.

You will leverage your extensive experience as an Architect and leader to manage and mentor our Solution Architecture team, enhance our practices and ways of working, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and oversee the implementation of technology governance frameworks for our wider Digital & Technology teams that align with our Kiwibank strategic objectives.

This is a challenging and exciting senior role that has recently become available within our high-performing Digital & Technology Team.

- Key skills and experience we’re looking for:_
- Proven experience in the role of an Architect, with a strong track record and an in-depth knowledge of architectural principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated technical team leadership and management skills, motivating technically skilled individuals operating in cross-functional hubs and squads.
- Experience with technology governance and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to think strategically and align architectural practices with business objectives.
- Experience with the governance of technology initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Possesses strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex information to diverse audiences. A skilled facilitator of group activities.
