**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst with great communication and customer service skills to join our busy team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitor the Service Desk system for incoming tickets, answer phone calls and walk-up service and incident requests. Log tickets as required.
- Provide level 1 support and triage for all supported IT systems and tools, including hardware, software, and infrastructure.
- Manage and build hardware as required.
- Provide a very high level of customer service in a punctual, courteous, and professional manner.

In this role, you will use your technical knowledge to assist staff with level 1 IT support tasks. You will be self-motivated, have well developed time management and proven relationship building skills.

**Qualification**
- Diploma in IT/ICT
- Microsoft certification

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working with Exchange, Active Directory, and Azure
- Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage
- Any experience with SAP S4/Hana and/or Microsoft 365 is valuable
