**The Opportunity**

We are actively seeking a new Data, Quality and Operations Analyst to join our Energy and Utilities team based in Auckland. This role will be a full-time permanent position and will be reporting to the Operations and Delivery Manager.

The Performance and QA Coordinator actively supports the Performance Manager in analysing the achievement of performance metrics and identifying variances. Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring that Quality Assurance activities are conducted in accordance with IA processes. This role is responsible for:

- Analysing data as recorded by delivery teams
- Ensuring the QA processes and methods are reviewed and updated as required
- Assists with the reporting of Key Result Areas and Key Performance Measures
- Ensuring that appropriate quality management processes and systems are in place for all activities

**What we are looking for**
- Completing quality audits on active and recently completed work
- Capable of analysing data and turning it into information
- Desirable to hold a tertiary qualification or equivalent in engineering or business management or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in Safety and Quality
