Don't miss this opportunity to become a vital member of our innovative, passionate, and growing team **What you will do in this role**: - Assist the Product Managers with ordering, forecasting, allocation planning, managing marketing activity records in the ERP system, and ensuring all claims are raised and received from vendors. - Work with the PMs to devise and execute go-to-market strategies for new brands or existing brand product launches, manage aged inventory, and create promotional plans to clear - Provide customer service and sales support to Dicker Data's Account Managers and Resellers - Manage ERP system maintenance of the consumer brand portfolio including uploading new products, images, pricing, and reviewing/updating system information for ongoing accuracy. - Maintaining uniformity for the consumer brand portfolio on our website, by ensuring all products have consistent quality information, images, datasheets, and related items loaded. - Supporting price queries from the ERP team on orders and working with the PMs (product managers) to maintain reseller pricing in the ERP system. - Managing employee purchase programmes and promotions as required - Creating and distributing daily/weekly/monthly reporting including monthly vendor rebate reports and claims. - Assist the PMs and retail team with planning and execution for any events showcasing our brands, including preparing product training and roadmap presentations for internal and external use. - Assist the PMs and retail team with retailer planogram creation, development and communication of policies, procedures, processes, and tools for new projects and consumer team brand information. **What you need to succeed in this role**: - 1-3 years experience in an admin/operational support role including dealing with customer enquiries. - Good knowledge and experience with Keynote/PowerPoint, Word and Excel. - Experience dealing with or working in a retail environment (non-essential however ideal). - Excellent organisational skills and time management, the ability to multitask and prioritise. - Ability to work within a process-driven environment, but have the initiative and ability to think "outside of the box". - Ability to find ways to achieve results despite challenges, obstacles, and changes in direction - Availability to occasionally work outside of designated hours, to support product launches, events, and time-critical projects. - Motivation and hunger to constantly learn and develop yourself and your skill sets. - Great teamwork skills and attitude, with the ability to achieve buy-in from the wider team. - A great sense of humour.
