We have an exciting opportunity for a **Brand Manager**

In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing profitable and successful marketing strategies and plans for a defined GWF NZ Baking brand and channel. Specifically, this role takes ownership for the leadership, direction and management of the marketing, NPD and category strategies for the premium pie brands portfolio. This role will be 32 hours per week. We are flexible in how these are worked.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Setting and delivering against the strategic direction for the premium pie portfolio, setting the brand plans and optimising brand positioning and range
- Successfully manage and champion new product development. Managing the process from concept development to implementation, delivering measurable results within set lead times and cost constraints
- Effectively manage communications between all internal and external stakeholders
- This role will also support the marketing manager in defining and implementing marketing plans for Big Ben and the pie trading brands.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with experience in the Brand Marketing space. You will be a strategic thought leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and thinking outside the box. This is a role for someone who wants to truly own a branded product portfolio and get hands on experience across executing end to end the full marketing mix. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate to a broad audience, manage budgets, NPD & successfully manage brands to strategy and deadlines. Ideally you will have solid experience in FMCG.
