Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving commercial growth and success in the Otago and Southland region of New Zealand. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of the BASF Agriculture team, supporting the achievement of strategic objectives through new business development, sales strategy implementation, and market planning.

Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with retailers, end-users, and other key stakeholders; developing and implementing sales strategies and product positioning; managing key accounts, including product forecasting and customer needs management; and generating pricing proposals and analyzing future product development strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will be a natural communicator with excellent engagement and influencing skills, able to work well independently and within an extended team environment.
