About the Role

We are looking for a talented and organized individual to join our Credit Control team as an Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their skills and knowledge in administration, customer service, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client and internal customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and maintain accurate spreadsheets to support client accounts.
  • Prepare and process documents for bad debt write-offs and refunds, adhering to company policies.
  • Keep client contact records and purchase orders up-to-date, ensuring data consistency.
  • Monitor the central mailbox and respond to customer queries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Support the Credit Control team in administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
