Key Accountabilities
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to visitors and clients.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments, maintain databases, and perform general administrative duties.
- Support the team and clients with their inquiries and needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably using Microsoft 365 and Xero.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
