Role Summary

This part-time regional administrator position supports our industrial staff in Whangarei and various committees, providing essential administrative services and requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Offer comprehensive administrative assistance, encompassing agenda preparation, event organisation, and management of travel, catering, and promotional materials.
  • Deliver professional and efficient front desk services.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management capabilities and adaptability in handling multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Excel in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and showcase high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Display cultural awareness and appreciation for Te Tiriti o Waitangi's importance within NZNO and New Zealand's health context.
  • Foster a culture of unionism in the workplace.

Essential Requirements
