Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Regional Administrator to support our industrial staff in various committees. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth administrative operations and requires a person with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing agendas, arranging events, and managing travel, catering, and promotional materials.
  • Perform front desk duties with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Exhibit exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Show cultural competence and an understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi's significance for NZNO and New Zealand's health.
  • Embrace and support the values of unionism in the workplace.
