We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Front-End Team Member**. If you have a passion for delivering **exceptional customer service** and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
- Offer support and cover for our **Service Desk** as needed.
- Assist with front-end tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Position Details**:

- **
32 hours per week**, including **one weekend shift**.
- Friendly and collaborative team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts.
