Job Description

As a Solution Sales Executive, your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by identifying and executing opportunities with existing and potential customers. You will develop a territory plan outlining the value proposition of SAP's targeted HCM solutions and engage with customers and prospects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and virtual account team to develop and execute programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct strategic account planning.
  • Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
  • Uncover, qualify, and lead sales cycles based on HXM opportunities.
  • Achieve sales objectives related to maintaining named customers and securing new business opportunities within the territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Several years of experience selling business software or solutions.
  • Experience selling to CHRO and IT, with a proven track record of success in Industry/Enterprise settings.
  • History of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Strong internal and external customer satisfaction skills.
  • Able to articulate the business value of an investment to potential customers.
  • Territory planning and opportunity identification skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP's solution portfolio.
  • Ability to produce high-quality internal and external content.
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex accounts.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate with the virtual account team.
