We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bid Coordinator to join our Winning Work Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the National Submissions Manager across the winning work function.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Tender administration and management
  • Development of information and responses across the winning work process
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Development and maintenance of HEB's Tender Management System and Processes
  • Coordination of specific business initiatives including events, meetings, and publications
  • Customer Relationship Management through the Salesforce platform

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in a similar position, MS Suite of Software training, excellent administrative and clerical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

They will also have a can-do attitude, with a positive, personable, and easy-going nature, and be self-motivated with a high level of personal organisation and drive.
