Job Description

We're looking for a Tenders Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact. You'll lead our end-to-end tender response process, working closely with various teams and stakeholders to develop compelling and competitive proposals that showcase our capabilities and secure new business opportunities. It's not just about putting together tenders – it's about telling our story in a way that highlights our expertise, passion, and the difference we're making for the environment.

What You'll Do

  1. Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission
  2. Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather technical content and ensure accuracy
  3. Craft persuasive, well-structured responses that align with evaluation criteria
  4. Lead proposal strategy development, including pricing and value proposition
  5. Maintain quality control through rigorous review processes
  6. Build and maintain a repository of tender content and best practices
  7. Track and analyse tender outcomes to continuously improve win rates
  8. Stay current with market trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  1. 10+ years of experience in tender management preferably in our industry
  2. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content that speaks to the heart of our business.
  3. Excellent project management skills – you know how to stay organised and keep things moving forward.
  4. Outstanding project management abilities, particularly under tight deadlines
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate with people at all levels.
  6. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  7. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software
  9. A degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or something similar would be great.
