Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of project contracting strategies that consider project and programme objectives, risk, and value allocation.
  • Lead the contracting and procurement process for major projects, including tender document preparation, tender administration, contract negotiations, contract drafting, and confirming contracts.
  • Establish and implement negotiation plans based on a clear understanding of stakeholders, strategic, and tactical choices, and project and programme objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, law, project management, or similar field.
  • Significant hands-on experience in contracting and procurement on major capital projects.
  • Experience in the management and administration of construction contracts.
