Job Overview

This role involves managing tenders, preparing estimates, and administering contracts for a variety of commercial projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of estimating and contract administration, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating and pricing projects, while ensuring effective cost control and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender management and estimate preparation
  • Contract administration and cost control
  • Site visits and collaboration with directors

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a main contractor or interiors company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and pricing skills
  • Ability to support commercial objectives of projects

Salary and Benefits:

  • $110K - $125K salary pending experience
