Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to implement Duck Creek products.
- Monitor project milestones and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Provide strategic oversight for Duck Creek solution customization and support.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and present solutions to clients.
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- 8–13 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in solution implementation or account management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
- Familiarity with Duck Creek architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
- Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
