About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a 12-month fixed term position for a Senior People Analyst within our People & Culture team. This role will focus on developing and managing reports, supporting employees and managers, and working collaboratively with departments to streamline headcount efficiencies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of our People reporting suite, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Be the go-to person for people-related queries, providing top-notch support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Work with departments to create effective rosters and streamline headcount efficiencies.
  • Analyse people data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in people analytics, experience using business intelligence software tools (Power BI preferably), and advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel. Additionally, you will need forecasting and rostering experience, statistical modelling capabilities using R or similar products, and a customer-focused approach.
