Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operational Reporting Analyst to join our team in Auckland City. The primary purpose of this role is to report on data from the Facilities Contract and turn it into actionable recommendations to maximise performance outcomes for Auckland Council.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience as a Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in a Finance and Operations environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Power BI for report building, data visualisation and dashboard development.
  • Solid understanding of asset management, audit process, and field mobility solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, stay focused on objectives, and contribute effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management, with a strong focus on optimisation.
