A 12 month fixed term contract is available.

As the Compliance and Reporting Lead – People & Culture, you will provide specialist knowledge and expertise as you support key P&C and pan Fonterra people data reporting activities.

This business analyst and people data centric role requires analytical insights for P&C governance activities, data governance and all compliance related reporting.

You will maintain a core suite of people reporting dashboards, continually optimising the self-service suite to minimise ad-hoc support required through the People Solutions team.

You will take ownership of all statutory and compliance reporting for P&C.

As a SME for P&C data, you will seek to understand business problems first, then where appropriate support projects to ensure successful delivery.

Key skills required include a curious mindset, process driven and analytical nature, plus a genuine passion for exploring disruptive technologies to solve business problems at pace.

A solution driven approach, critical lens, and ability to challenge ideas and rationales in a collaborative way are essential.

Power BI experience, with SQL skills, are key attributes we are looking for in successful candidates.
