We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our strategic enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies and plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop new sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling existing products and services.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, helping them to achieve maximum value from Microsoft products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, and at least 4 years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, 365, and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
