Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including customer service, staffing, and daily tasks with exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Lead a fun and engaged cafe team by providing great customer service, resolving any complaints or issues promptly, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a good understanding of cafe operations, including inventory and cost control.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
