As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales growth by using effective selling skills and adapting your approach to meet customer needs
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
- Assist with product deliveries, merchandising the store, and maintaining high shop floor standards
- Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges
