**Job Description**

The Assistant Manager will play a crucial part in the stores' success, providing exceptional leadership support to the Manager. You will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence, driving sales, and coaching the team while meeting high operational standards and financial targets.

You will be enthusiastic about building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store and actively promote the store through in-store merchandising and promotion implementation.

To succeed in this role, you need to possess:

  • Proven experience in leading and growing a business
  • An exceptional seller with extensive sales leadership experience
  • A desire to achieve store sales budgets and KPIs
  • Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Professional presentation, well-spoken, and engaging communication skills

This role requires working Sundays to Thursdays, with occasional weekend, late nights, and public holidays shifts.
