About the Role:

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in the development and delivery of our residential programme. This will involve leading the Clinical Team Leader, providing training, performance development, and clinical leadership.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management group to develop, implement, and review workforce development and strategy. This will ensure staff have opportunities for training and professional growth, enhancing their cultural and clinical competencies.

This role requires direct management of the Wellington Bridge Intake Team, ensuring admissions and assessments meet our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The incumbent will also be responsible for completing Alcohol and Other Drug Outcome Measures (ADOMs) accurately.

  • Must hold a degree in Addiction or a relevant field, such as social work or clinical psychology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, maintaining client and service confidentiality, is crucial.
