About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and solutions. You will work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Planning
You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives. You will analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. You will also participate in regular sales meetings and provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. You will have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or IT solutions. You will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer persona development is also required.
