Change Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Enablement Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. As a key member of our transformation team, you will be responsible for leading and managing various change projects with a focus on the people aspect, helping them adapt to new ways of working and building out common tools.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in change management, particularly in people, organisational, and ways-of-working projects. You will be able to design and implement change strategies that drive successful adoption across the organisation, as well as coordinate transition efforts and develop communication plans that clearly convey the purpose, impact, and progress of change initiatives.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of communication and change strategies, providing insights and improvements where necessary. Additionally, you will track change adoption and identify and address any challenges or resistance to change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing change strategies that drive successful adoption
  • Coordinating transition efforts and fostering engagement at all levels
  • Developing and executing communication plans that clearly convey the purpose, impact, and progress of change initiatives
  • Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of communication and change strategies
  • Tracking change adoption and identifying and addressing any challenges or resistance
