Key Accountabilities:
  • a. Identify and manage accounts at risk, implementing strategies to recover arrears and enhance retention opportunities.
b. Oversee all aspects of repossession, including rates arrears and insurance cancellation notices, customer tracing, and complaint handling. Ensure all actions conform to Avanti's policies, procedures, and guidelines. Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, letter, and email, addressing general queries, arrears, and settlement and lending inquiries. Collaborate with colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities and implement risk and compliance frameworks to mitigate potential issues.
