Key Responsibilities:

As a Resilience and Recovery Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a Business Continuity and Crisis Management framework fit for purpose for the ASB Group. This includes working with stakeholders to strengthen Business Continuity preparedness, coordinating the response to disruptive events, and providing advice, guidance, and training to key stakeholders.

You will perform monitoring and oversight across the BCM lifecycle, including review and challenge of controls, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans, validation, and supplier resilience reviews. In this role, you will use your knowledge and skills to continue to support the strategic direction of the Business Resilience function for the ASB Group.

We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of business continuity and/or crisis management processes and related good practice, as well as good written and oral communication skills and guidance, training, and advisory experience.
