The Job: Your primary responsibility will be to support service users throughout their treatment and recovery journey. This may involve working closely with individuals to develop personalized recovery plans, providing screening, assessment, and onward referral when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective interventions to support service users in overcoming substance use issues
  • Collaborate with other professionals and partnership agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to inform future service improvements
