OverviewDo you want to work for a caring organisation that believes in people?Do you want to make a difference?As part of Change Grow Live team, you'll help people get to where they want to be and make a difference in their lives.We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team in Nottinghamshire to support service users identified through the Criminal Justice System to reduce substance use related harm and to help reduce reoffending.As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live, you'll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.Where: Nottinghamshire - primarily working across Ashfield, Broxtowe, Rushcliffe and Gedling.Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per weekSalary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, paid Pro Rata)ResponsibilitiesAbout us:Change Grow Live Nottinghamshire provides recovery support for individuals who use our services.
Our goal is to empower individuals, providing holistic support and treatment tailored to their needs.
We offer both one-to-one and group sessions, along with medical treatments.About the role:As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of our services in Nottinghamshire.
Your responsibilities will include:Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey.Providing screening, assessment, recovery planning, and onward referral.Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination.Supporting specific group work programmes or workshops designed to meet the unique needs of our service users.Close liaison and multi-agency working with other professionals and partnership agencies including Courts, police and probation.Promoting carer, service user and community involvement.About you:We are looking for individuals who:Have an understanding of substance use issues and experience of working within a similar field.Are excellent communicators, both verbal and written, with proficient IT skills.Are proactive and able to work on their own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills.Are supportive team players with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders.Understand the importance of information governance processes and commit to follow and apply all necessary safeguards.What we will give to you:25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
