**Job Summary**

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Services Coordinator to join our finance team within Green Cross Health's Shared Services function.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering financial services to our group.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing bank transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining debt levels in accordance with policy
  • Generating invoices for the group
  • Responding to queries from customers and other stakeholders
  • Accurate completion of reporting as required

To be successful in this role, you will bring your drive for excellence and be highly customer-focused. You will have experience in high-volume transactions, credit control/debt recovery, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
