Job Overview

This nonexempt position involves providing nursing care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses. Responsibilities include physical assessments, medication administration, patient education, and maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements patient teaching plans to promote wellness and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintains working knowledge of regulatory standards and ensures compliance in daily operations.

• Collaborates with medical providers and the ambulatory professional development team to provide clinical direction and oversight.

Requirements

1-2 years' experience preferred, new graduates acceptable.

Certifications and Licenses

Current New Jersey LPN License (Licensed Practical Nurse)

BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
