Financial Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Placemakers team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Accounts Payable function, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Investigate and resolve supplier queries and statement discrepancies.
- Co-ordinate internal adjustments and ensure accurate PO matching.
- Maintain accounts payable best practices and improve system efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor as required.
