Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide essential support to the Finance Manager across various financial tasks
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  3. Process invoices, payments, and collections using MYOB
  4. Conduct bank reconciliations and month-end reconciliations
  5. Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create detailed spreadsheets and reports
  • Experience using MYOB and iPayroll (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage your workload independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
