Financial Support Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:- Provide essential support to the Finance Manager across various financial tasks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and collections using MYOB
- Conduct bank reconciliations and month-end reconciliations
- Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements
- At least 1 year of accounting experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create detailed spreadsheets and reports
- Experience using MYOB and iPayroll (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and numerical skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage your workload independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
