Your Role- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across the North Island.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.
- Promote our award-winning Aesculap portfolio and identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Sales Specialists, Clinical Educators, and Marketing to ensure successful product training and implementations.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Several years of hospital sales experience in an operating theatre environment.
- Strong team orientation and ability to think strategically.
- Long-term, relationship-based sales approach and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
About You
- You are a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
- You have a strong understanding of the sales cycle and contracts within DHBs.
- You are able to travel within the Metro & Regional North Island and occasionally within New Zealand or overseas.
