You will have the following success profile:Previous experience leading a team either as a people manager or equivalentMinimum of 8 years' experience within a professional services environmentStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExcel in building relationships and interpreting client needsProven experience with remuneration and benefits systems, policies and procedures in all aspects of Total RewardsIdeally accredited in either/both SP5 or SP10 or similar and sufficiently adept to train others in job evaluationTechnically proficient in M/S Excel, intermediate in Word and PowerPoint plus the ability to work with a variety of automated data systemsTertiary degree desirable, ideally in Human Resources, Management and/or relevant work experience.We're looking for a down-to-earth leader who combines their professional expertise with strong relationship building.
