Job Description

This role will involve coordinating and managing school group visits to our ski fields, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest experiences. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of front-line customer service experience
  • Previous experience processing and managing client bookings on a large scale
  • Ability to follow procedures and absorb large quantities of information
  • Comfortable working both inside and outside in a variety of alpine weather conditions
