Job Responsibilities:

  • This role involves working closely with our administration team to ensure the smooth operation of our mountain facilities and services.
  • You will be responsible for communicating with other departments, including rentals, retail, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • You will meet and greet guests, orientate them to our facilities and services, and assist with transport and equipment management.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work with various teams, including lift operations, to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be required to assist with media-related tasks, such as photography and filming, and participate in events and activities on the mountain.

About You:

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for the outdoors and winter sports.
  • As a skilled skier or snowboarder, you will enjoy the fast-paced environment of a ski field and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You will be a proactive and helpful individual who is always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
  • You will be comfortable working in a seasonal environment and be flexible with regards to hours of work.
