Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team of passionate professionals who share a common goal of making a positive impact on the world. As a key member of our hardware development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust electro-mechanical products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for mass production, with a focus on achieving optimal fusion between ergonomics and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components into our overall product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D drafts using Solidworks, ensuring precision and accuracy in design.
  • Work closely with external suppliers to optimize designs and streamline manufacturing processes.
  • Contribute to the development of Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles, ensuring products are designed with manufacturability and efficiency in mind.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in designing and developing electro-mechanical products.
  • Proven expertise in 3D CAD and 2D drafting using Solidworks.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and material fundamentals, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
