Aerospace Avionics Hardware Developer

We're recruiting an exceptional Senior Avionics Development Engineer to join our team and drive the design and development of our Electron launch vehicle's avionics components. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in designing and developing electronic circuits and PCBs that meet mission-critical and safety-critical standards.
Your responsibilities will include developing test systems and software for avionics projects, securing design approvals for new components and systems, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to adapt vehicle structure effectively in response to component changes, contribute to architectural solutions, and ensure all designs and systems comply with relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in hardware development or electronics test engineering.
- Proven experience in designing hardware from concept through production.
