About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Specification Writer. Your primary responsibility will be to create comprehensive specification solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with architects, consultants, builders, and sales teams to identify potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality door and hardware specifications/schedules in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing expert technical support to our sales teams through extensive knowledge of hardware and system solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and builders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the door and hardware industry. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the door and hardware industry.
  • Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
