About Your Responsibilities
As a professional Claims Assessor, you'll be responsible for:
- Assessing member claims accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to policy and rules
- Liaising with members and providers to gather necessary information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy laws
- Entering claim information into our claims system, meeting accuracy and productivity standards
- Identifying and escalating potential issues or discrepancies in claim data
About Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Administrative experience in a corporate environment, preferably with contact with providers and/or suppliers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed when processing data
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work effectively in a team
- Initiative, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities
