We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the acute mental health unit at Auckland City Hospital. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care, while advancing your own professional practice and expertise.


**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to address complex mental health issues
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff knowledge and skills


**Essential Requirements:**

  • Advanced degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board with a Clinical Scope of Practice
  • Proven experience working in an inpatient setting, with a focus on acute mental health care
  • Strong understanding of theoretical models and therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, and ACT
