Job Description
We are recruiting for a Clinical Coordinator to join our Referrals and Acute Focus Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, managing referrals, and working closely with the Lead Clinician and other leadership members of the service.
The role requires a NZ registered Mental Health Professional with a current APC and experience working with the CAPA model, referrals management, or community acute teams. A full and clean NZ driver licence is essential.
This position is a Core Children's worker under the Children's Act and requires full safety checks completed before any new employee starts.
