Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Define project objectives, scope, timeline, and procurement needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage the Procure-to-Pay process, including supplier qualification, procurement, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with the indirect SCM (CAPEX) SPOC to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with short notice.
