Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage day-to-day operations as well as the operations team and department. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure priorities of the work programme result in efficient and effective operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, and allocating resources to meet business and strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience leading a national Contact Centre and/or service delivery operation
  • Strong analytical skills, using data and information analysis to monitor business performance information and reporting
  • Experience working as a member of a management team and demonstrated success as a leader of leaders and achieving great outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop leaders and teams
  • Proven record in building and managing strong stakeholder relationships including working with other agencies, service providers and key stakeholders
  • Experience working in a changing environment where you are required to lead, influence and respond to changing needs and priorities
