The New Zealand Government seeks an exceptional Intelligence Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team of analysts. Our mission is to protect and enhance Aotearoa New Zealand's security and wellbeing by providing Signals Intelligence and Cyber Security services to organisations of national significance.

Job Description

  • Manage and operational oversee a team of analysts who analyse and translate foreign communication intercepts and produce formal reports in accordance with the intelligence requirements and priorities of the New Zealand Government.
  • Provide the necessary support to the team to ensure they excel in delivering their work.

  • Business change and planning

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in mentoring, coaching or leading others
  • Strong inter-personal and relationship management skills
  • An interest in international political, economic, and security affairs
  • Advanced report writing and editing skills
